Chia-Hsun Chen

Chia-Hsun Chen was born in Tainan, Taiwan, in 1985. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Microelectronics at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. From 2019 to 2024, he served as an optometrist and Associate Professor in the Department of Optometry at Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology. In 2024, he joined the Department of Electro-Optical Engineering at National Formosa University as an Assistant Professor. His current research interests include ZnO and Ga2O3-based photodetectors, nanomaterials and devices, liquid crystal lens, and wearable contact lens biosensors.
